You definitely want to tune into that! We also have Buck "the Big Man" Helton bringing you Cowboy Campmeeting. Good ole fashioned cowboy and classic gospel music to feed your soul.

Bob Petermann & Royal Wade Kimes - Friday, June 20th
What can we say about Royal Wade? Nashville star, true western singer? The best of many worlds and still a cowboy at heart! Royal Wade was once told by the Nashville types that "cowboy is dead" and he responded, "When did we start killin' cowboys around here?" which pert near sums up the attitude of us all! We're going to talk to Royal Wade about his music, his life and his fantastic career!

Bill Barwick & Andy Nelson - Monday,June 23rd
Wow! Have yall tuned into the Western Channel TV? Ever heard that deep, bass voice that announces the next movie? Well, partner, that voice is none other than Mr. Bill Barwick! We have Bill coming on the show and we're going to find out how he got the job on the Westerns Channel as well as all about his career as a legend in the western music industry!
Andy Nelson is going to be on that night too! Clear Out West is one of the best western radio shows going and Andy is the host, mentor, and all around handy-man of the show. He's also a horseshoer and a western star! If you haven't heard Andy's poetry, well stop by the Back Porch cause were gonna get a good dose of Andy!

Liz Talley & Jay Snider - Monday, June30th
LIz Talley is the kind of girl everyone likes to hang out with. Born and raised in Houston Texas (Liz knows Texas music!) Liz is the Little Drummer Girl from Texas and a pretty dang good guitar player to boot! Her single "Texas in Your Swing" has catapulted Liz to the 2008 Female Vocalist of the Year by the European Country Music Awards! Liz has the bubbly personality and a bright smile that just makes you want to talk to her more and more!
Old Jay Snider! The fella that helped start Kevin Davis on the road to fame and SIX time nominee for Male Poet of the Year by the Academy of Western Artists as well as Cowboypoetry.com 5th Lariat Laureate! Let's not forget Jay won Album of the Year by the Academy of Western Artists for his CD "Of Horses and Men." All in all, Jay is pretty impressive and a nicer guy you would never meet! |
